Star Wars Meets The Saint: ST3PO
And now for your viewing pleasure. The Star Wars Saint! This is the front cover of Gerçekleşen Düşler, a Turkish paperback edition of The Saint by Leslie Charteris. It is by far one of the strangest ones I've ever seen, as it features C3PO of Star Wars fame. What's the connection? Is there a ST3PO that we need to know more about?View more foreign language editions.

Perhaps it's the script cover for the new series? Actually, 3PO was my fifth or sixth choice for the part. R2 as Hoppy, of course. Chewie as Teal.

When I was working for the Queens Public Libray, we would get lots of 'foreign language' editions & original novels in half a dozen languages. It was fun to go through the books and notice the number of shots from films used on the cover (some with well-known celebrities) which had nothing to do with the book.
I will admit that I don't remember anything quite as odd as seeing C3PO.
